Loulou de Saison Return Policy:

1. Returns can be requested here and are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order

2. Returns are free in Europe for purchases over 200€, worldwide for 400$ otherwise, return shipping is deducted from refund

3. Items must be returned in perfect condition with original tags; otherwise, the return will be refused.

4. Customers can return items via their account or by emailing customer service for exchanges or issues.

5. Once the return is received, Loulou de Saison will process the refund and confirm by email.
